Terms and Conditions
This page explains the terms and conditions by which someone may use the Application and the Website of NoteOnTheRoad. Using the Website or the Application implies that any user of the Website or the Application agrees entirely and irrevocably with the terms and the conditions for the use of the Website and the Application contained in the present Terms and Conditions act. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions please stop using the Website and the Application.
Article 1: Modification and property of the Application and the Website
The website www.noteontheroad.com along with NoteOnTheRoad application, (named from now on the “Website” and the “App”) are property and are managed by Cs4u, registered in the Greece Trade and Companies Register (named from now on the “Company”). We are at you service in case of questions, complaints and/or remarks connected to the Website or the App via e-mail at the email address:firstname.lastname@example.org.
The company reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior warning and in absolute discretion. Any modified version of these Terms and Conditions will be viable and applicable as soon as it will be posted on the Website or in the Application. That is why the Company advises its users to regularly check both the Website and the Application.
The users of the Website or the Application must be at least 18 years old. By using this Website or Application and by agreeing to these terms and conditions the user warrant that he/she is at least 18 years old.
ARTICLE 2: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Website and the Application along with all their contents like: the used software, source codes, layout design, text, logos, photographs, music, databases, names, trademarks and domain names etc. are protected by copyright and / or other intellectual property rights. All relevant property rights belong to the Company.
No component of the Website or the Application, nor the data and information provided on the Website may be stored (other than required in order to visit the Website or the Application), or reproduced, modified, translated, rendered public, distributed, rented out, sold, transferred to others or in any way used without the prior written authorization of the Company.
ARTICLE 3: Accounts, Passwords and Security
Certain services offered by the App or the Website may ask the user to open an account. By creating an account on NoteOntheRoad using a third-party service, the user gives the Company the permission to access and use the personal information from that service as allowed by that service. The user is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information he/she shares, including passwords and personal information. That is why the user must provide accurate and complete information and to understand that he/she is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on his/hers account. The user must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of his/hers account or password.
ARTICLE 4: Links To Other Websites
The App and the Website contain links to third ¬party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. That is why the Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall not be responsible directly or indirectly for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such services available through any such websites.
ARTICLE 5: Users information and content
NoteOnTheRoad allows users to post images, videos and messages, all of which are solely property of the users that post them. However by sharing information with the App and the Website the user agrees and allows others to view and share this information, being solely responsible for the spread of the information. The Company takes no responsibility for the users actions and interactions with other users. The Company takes no responsibility for the content that the users choose to share through the App or the Website. We reserve the right to remove any user content considered inappropriate by our Company without notice and at any time.
ARTICLE 6: Changes of the services
The company may change, limit or even stop providing the services offered, without prior notice, to its users in general or in specific cases. The company may permanently or temporarily close users’ accounts or access to the services without a previous notice, for any reason.
ARTICLE 7: Charges of the services
Some services offered by the Company are provided for free and some others are charged. If the user elects to use paid services offered by the Company, he/she agrees with the pricing list and the payment terms of the Company. The Company may update the costs at any time in its sole discretion. Any change to our pricing or payment terms shall become effective as soon as they will be published on the Website or in the App.
ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY
NoteOnTheRoad will always try to offer information as accurate as possible but cannot guaranty the accuracy of the information posted by its users or other parties, by information understanding here the images, videos, data, sounds etc. that the users or other parties choose to share through our App or Website. The Company will not be count liable for any fake information of such nature as mentioned above.
ARTICLE 9: NO WARRANTY
The Company offer NO WARRANTY of any kind for the use of its services. The users can take use of our services as long as the Company is willing to offer them, without warrantying them that the services will fit all their requirements or necessities; that the service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the services are free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded through the use of our services is downloaded at the users’ own risk and the Company will not be accounted responsible for any damages or losses.
ARTICLE 10: SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is regarded as invalid by the applicable laws, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full functioning. These Terms and Conditions shall be subordinate by the Greek legislation.
ARTICLE 11: WAIVER
No waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and the Company’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
